The Mitsui Fudosan Group leases its own property holdings and subleases office buildings on behalf of clients, both in Japan and overseas.
In our office building business, we continue to create "Mitsui Office" that can bring "Sustainability and Safety," "Comfort and Efficiency," and "Expansion and Innovation" to every individual and company working there, without being confined by the existing concept of "office buildings" under the slogan of "Next-Generation Offices." We provide the platform for everyone who visits our office buildings, all the tenant companies and the local community to meet each other and make connections, thus adding new value that is varied and innovative which allows us to grow together.
The Group develops shopping centers around Japan based on a diversity of innovative concepts. Notable among these is Mitsui Shopping Park LaLaport Tokyo Bay (Funabashi, Chiba), one of the largest shopping centers in Japan. We have also developed outlet malls as well as urban center-style malls.

The Company sells between condominiums and detached houses mainly in domestically and overseas. The Group develops and sells various business-use properties, such as office buildings, retail properties, rental condominiums, and hotels to a range of investors, including Japanese real estate investment trusts (J-REITs) and private funds.

The Group provides property management and tenant improvement services on a consignment basis covering a variety of properties, including office buildings and retail properties. It also engages in comprehensive car parking services, provided under the Mitsui Repark brand.
The Group’s brokerage business for individual customers covers existing residential properties under the Mitsui Rehouse name, the nation’s No. 1 residential brokerage service brand. We also act as broker for business-use properties for corporate clients and others. In the asset management business, we deploy the specialist real estate-related knowledge, expertise, and network of the Mitsui Fudosan Group to offer exceptional investment opportunities and reliable asset management services to J-REITs, private funds, and other investors.
